A company asks me to allocate a certain role to a IT qualified person. If their someone who is insistent on there technical knowledge they could turn out to be a very well accomplished IT teacher or operator. you are going to need certain characteristics such as being good with computers and team talker. you are going to need to be very social so you can help other people if they need assistance. there's no point in trying to get a IT job if you cant actually talk to people very well. the picture below is what you will be looking forward to one day this might be you.
